Mark R. Farrow

Attorney at Law

Mark R. Farrow received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Northern Illinois University.

Although he did not major in English, he received the English Department’s annual Orville Baker Award for Excellence in Writing, which is awarded to one student at the end of each academic year.

While studying law at the University of Illinois, Mark was a member of the National Moot Court Team and received the Rickert Award for excellence in moot court. After receiving his Juris Doctor Degree in 1989, Mark served for two years as Appellate Law Clerk to Justice Carl A. Lund (retired).

Mark has practiced law in Naperville since 1991 and joined Fay, Farrow & Associates, P.C. in 2002 after deciding to concentrate his practice in the field of family law. He became a partner in 2004.

Mark’s approach to divorce cases is enlightened by his diverse trial experience and his life experience as a father, stepfather, and an individual who has experienced the divorce process firsthand. Mark is known for his intelligence, thorough preparation, and sense of perspective, all of which help to eliminate some of the anxiety clients often experience when involved in the legal process.

Mark is affiliated with the Illinois State, DuPage County, and Will County Bar Associations. He is certified as a Child’s Representative and an Arbitrator in DuPage County. He is also the President of the Pheasant Glen Homeowners Association.
